This is teling us to not follow others we sould be our own people and do our own things. You have to decide what is right for yourself you cant let others do it for you. Everyoneis different and you should do what you really want and not what others think is best.
This is a great verse! It really does encourage each of us to be our own person, think for ourselves, and follow what we know and believe to be true. It tells us to stay on the path of righteousness and not to stray when others tempt us (which occurs on a regular basis)!
ReplyDeleteI was able to accomplish what this verse in Proverbs is telling us to do throughout this week. I was listening to what I really wanted to do when I went to the Iowa rep this week not what my friends want to do.
ReplyDeleteCollege is a big decision, it's definitely a decision to be made prayerfully. I don't think you're friends were necessarily leading you astray in choosing a college...just remember to go where you'll be the happiest. Do what's best for you while still glorifying God!
